Process mapping
This isn’t a theoretical process; it’s practical. So we won’t suggest any improvements until we’ve seen and assessed how your ‘as-is’ or current state processes work – with the people who know them best. At our initial process mapping stage we’ll work alongside teams in mapping out your working processes, as they really happen.

By breaking those processes down into measurable components, we can determine the value of the elements at each stage – and how each stage fits in with its preceding and succeeding stages. We can then go on to design the ‘to-be’ or future state processes, allowing users to evaluate alternate options. This can, if required, lead on to the creation of systems specifications documentation.

Process improvement
Improving productivity is a twofold process. By identifying and eliminating non-value activities in the chain, we can make immediate cost and time savings. But that’s only half the story. Because that’s when we start to identify ways in which to add value.

We take a holistic view. We identify appropriate Key Performance Indicators for businesses in order to deliver process improvements. Those improvements have an immediate impact on your bottom line of course. But they enhance the customer experience too.

We take a long term view. Sustainable development policies and continuous improvement initiatives allow your business to grow further and grow smarter.

Change management
Reaping the benefits of change quickly is dependent on managing the process successfully. We will help you administer change, and get buy-in from customers and employees. We work alongside employees to manage their expectations of change. We engage their hearts and minds so that new initiatives always get off to the best possible start

We give due attention to project execution and project planning, and help you set-up change projects in the appropriate detail. We make sure projects are properly managed for time and budget. We can apply Prince2 methodologies to ensure that resources are used effectively and that change processes are instigated systematically. Prince2 ensures that people and resources are put to optimal use.
