Our role

  • Ongoing coaching and training for the management team.
  • Advising at board meetings on strategic and operational objectives.
  • Standalone activities including selection and recruitment of production personnel.
  • A layout design of the warehouse.
  • Development of key performance indicators, which have been incorporated into the management reviews by the board.
