Process chain training

As with everything we do, our training courses have quantifiable objectives and are designed to meet specific organisational needs:

  • Achieve sustainable performance improvements
  • Increase margins
  • Improve efficiencies
  • Reduce costs
  • Manage change – and address any resistance to change

Courses are led by professional management consultant and Process Change MD, Richard Dobson. Richard is dedicated to helping organisations operate more effectively through the implementation of practical solutions. He has done this across a variety of sectors including food and drink, healthcare and pharmaceutical, manufacturing, retail and service industries and the public sector.

Course content is adapted to meet the particular needs of your company. Just as the toolkit of solutions we use (including Lean, Six Sigma, Prince2 and change management) informs our courses in ways that will have immediate, practical ramifications on your operations.

Introduction to Process Improvement course (half day course)
Our half day course gives you the skills (and the confidence) to empower genuine organisational change. Beginning with process mapping strategies and going on to cover how to interpret the results, it is an essential primer for organisational change agents.

Change Management Course
Implementing change can be easy. Provided you know how to manage expectations – and how to manage resistance to change. And you will – by the end of this course.

(In our efforts to offer as comprehensive a service as possible, Process Chain works in partnership with a specialist change management team, who can oversee that process.)

Richard is himself an accredited Prince2 practitioner – a project management methodology with the inherent flexibility to satisfy the requirements of SME’s and blue chip companies alike.

Business Services course
Richard is a Trainer of the Northamptonshire Business Services (a division of Northants County Council).

Lean Training and Six Sigma Training

This one day course gives attendees an invaluable introduction to Lean and Six Sigma. Taking the tools and tips of a longer accreditation course, attendees will enjoy a hands-on course that ’s fun and full of practical value. The tools learnt on the day will have immediate benefit for anyone implementing change management initiatives in the workplace.
