Courses are led by professional management consultant and Process Change MD, Richard Dobson. Course content is adapted to meet the particular needs of your company. Just as the toolkit of solutions we use (including Lean, Six Sigma, Prince2 and change management) informs our courses in ways that will have immediate, practical ramifications on your operations.

Introduction to Process Improvement course (half day course)
Our half day course gives you the skills (and the confidence) to empower genuine organisational change. Beginning with process mapping strategies and going on to cover how to interpret the results, it is an essential primer for organisational change agents.

Change Management Course
Implementing change can be easy. Provided you know how to manage expectations – and how to manage resistance to change. And you will – by the end of this course.

Richard is himself an accredited Prince2 practitioner – a project management methodology with the inherent flexibility to satisfy the requirements of SME’s and blue chip companies alike.
